摘要
综述了天然动植物提取物在柑橘保鲜上的应用现状,分析探讨柑橘天然保鲜剂存在的问题,提出今后重点研究方向,以期为柑橘天然保鲜剂的进一步开发提供理论依据。
The application status of natural animal and plant extracts in citrus preservation was summarized,the existing problems of citrus natural preservatives were analyzed and discussed,and the key research directions in the future were put forward,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the further development of citrus natural preservatives.
