摘要
莲藕因其生长环境的特殊性,易造成重金属污染。为了了解T市市售莲藕的质量状况,从10个市场(4个超市、6个农贸市场)共采集16批次新鲜莲藕,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定莲藕样品中铅、镉、铬、汞、总砷5种重金属含量。测定结果表明,采集的莲藕样品中铅、镉、铬、汞、总砷含量均有不同程度的检出,其中铬的含量较高,但均在国家标准限量值范围内。采用目标危害系数法(Target Hazard Quotient,THQ)计算食用人群的健康风险指数,进行食用安全性评价,儿童的单一重金属健康风险明显高于成人,儿童的复合健康风险TTHQ值部分大于1,说明长期食用可能存在健康风险,建议儿童减量食用或减少食用频率。
Due to the particularity of Lotus root's growing environment,it is easy to cause heavy metal pollution.In order to understand the quality of lotus root in T City,16 batches of fresh lotus root were collected from 10 markets(4supermarkets,6farmers'markets),inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine the contents of lead,cadmium,chromium,mercury and total arsenic in the samples.The results show that contents of lead,cadmium,chromium,mercury and total arsenic in lotus root samples were detected in different degrees,among which the content of chromium was higher,but all of them were within the limits of national standard.The target hazard Quotient(THQ)method was used to calculate the health risk index of the consumption population,and the safety evaluation was carried out.The health risk of single heavy metals in children was significantly higher than that of adults,and the TTHQ value of children was greater than 1,indicating that long-term consumption could have health risks.Children were advised to reduce consumption or frequency of consumption.
