原子吸收法测定AD钙奶中钙含量的方法学验证

Validation of the method for determination of calcium in AD calcium milk by atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要 采用GB 5009.92—2016《食品安全国家标准食品中钙的测定》第一法火焰原子吸收光谱法测定AD钙奶中钙含量,并通过线性考察、重复性、精密度、加标回收等试验进行方法学验证。试验结果表明,在钙标准溶液质量浓度0.0 mg/L~6.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,线性方程为Y=0.06021X+0.00196(R^(2)=0.99981),重复性试验RSD为8.58%,精密度试验RSD为0.36%,3种水平加标回收率范围92.42%~111.74%,RSD范围1.55%~1.69%,试验结果均符合相关标准要求,表明该方法重现性良好,测量结果准确,能满足实验室检测需求。 The calcium content in AD calcium milk was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS),the first method of GB 5009.92-2016"National Standard for Food Safety,Determination of Calcium in Food",and the method was verified by linear investigation,repeatability,precision,spiked recovery and other tests.The results showed that the linear equation was Y=0.06021X+0.00196(R^(2)=0.99981),the RSD of repeatability test was 8.58%,the RSD of precision test was 0.36%,the recoveries of the three levels of standard addition ranged from 92.42%to 111.74%,and the RSD ranged from 1.55%to 1.69%.The test results were in line with the relevant standards,indicating that the method had good reproducibility,accurate measurement results,and could meet the needs of laboratory testing.
