摘要
通过对八位大学英语教师的个案研究,局部考查我国高校大学英语教师语言测评培训现状、培训需求以及培训需求的影响因素。研究发现,大学英语教师语言测评培训比较有限,弥补培训不足的意识比较薄弱;教师语言测评培训需求不高,且对具体的培训需求概念模糊;环境和个人因素是影响教师语言测评培训需求的两大主要因素。
The current study,as part of a mix-method study on language assessment training,attempts to explore the current state of university EFL teachers’language assessment training,their training needs and influential factors on the needs through a case study on eight teachers.It is found that university EFL teachers have limited language assessment training,but they do not have intentions to compensate for the lack of training.In addition,they do not have strong assessment training needs and cannot specify these needs.University EFL teachers’language assessment training needs are influenced largely by contextual and individual factors.
