摘要 随着疫情常态化时代的到来,城市空间应对突发公共卫生问题的能力变得尤为重要,平疫转换的空间模式可以有效提升城市的防灾能力和韧性水平。“设计如何服务于人类健康”也成为疫情常态化防控需要重点思考的问题。文章旨在探索一种更具弹性、可持续且用于平疫转换的微建筑模式,以实现更具包容性、多样性和生态性的新人居系统。研究以城市水域空间现状矛盾为切入点,提出具有即时居憩、弹性场域、生态补偿三方面性能的“S.E.E-U.”水上浮动房屋方案。构建了一种适应于平疫状态的兼容模式,来应对服务职能与防控角色之间的转换。水上浮动房屋作为概念性实验研究,是一种即时高效、模式多变、适应力强、环境影响低的弹性微建筑模式,能够更加主动地适用典型城市水域空间的平疫转换,满足人们趋向自然的居住需求,加强面对疫情有机疏散的能力。文章希望以此作为实验范本,成为对平疫转换模式的探索,为疫情常态化之后新人居系统的发展提供一种新思路。 With the advent of the post-epidemic era,the ability of urban space to respond to emergencies in public health has become particularly important.Normal and epidemic space conversion can effectively improve urban disaster prevention and resilience.How design serves human health has also become an important consideration in the post-epidemic era.This paper aims to explore a more resilient,sustainable and transformative micro-architecture model for a more inclusive,diverse and ecological new human settlement system.The research takes the current contradiction of urban water space as the breakthrough point,and proposes the"S.E.E-U."floating house strategy with three performances of seasonable living,elastic field and eco-compensation.A compatible mode adapted to the normal and epidemic situation was constructed to deal with the transition between service functions and prevention and control roles.As a conceptual experimental study,floating house is a kind of elastic micro-architecture model with immediate efficiency,variable mode,strong adaptability and low environmental impact.It can be more actively applied to the normal and epidemic conversion of typical urban water space,meet people's natural living needs,and strengthen the ability of organic evacuation in epidemic.This paper hopes to use it as an experimental model to become an exploration of the transformation mode of normal and epidemic situation,and to provide a new way of thinking for the development of the new human settlement system in the post-epidemic era.
