产城融合背景下时尚创意特色小镇发展经验研究--以临平艺尚小镇为例

Research on the Development Experience of Fashion Characteristic Towns from the Perspective of City-industry Integration:Taking Yishang Town as an Example

特色小镇的建设是促进我国产业转型升级的一次成功实践,浙江省在“十四五”期间对特色小镇的发展提出了更高要求,因此认识到如何通过特色小镇促进产业发展具有重要现实意义。文章以杭州艺尚小镇为例,从因地制宜地合理规划布局、要素汇集构建产业生态、党建引领创新服务体系、积极宣传打造品牌形象四个方面分析小镇的建设经验,可为同类型特色小镇的发展提供一定借鉴,并对推动产业发展和城镇化建设产生积极影响。

The construction of characteristic towns is a successful practice to promote the transformation and upgrading of our country's industries.Zhejiang Province has put forward higher requirements for the development of characteristic towns during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.Therefore,it is important to realize how to promote industrial development through characteristic towns.Taking Hangzhou Yishang Town as an example,the paper analyzes the construction experience of the town from four aspects:reasonable planning and layout according to local conditions,integrating elements to build an industrial ecosystem,party building leading an innovative service system,and actively publicizing and building a brand image.It can provide a certain reference for the development of characteristic towns of the same type,and have a positive impact on promoting industrial development and urbanization.
