江南水乡古镇社区遗产共享--一种湿地人居环境的可持续发展路径

Heritage Sharing in the Communities of Historic Waterfront Towns in the South of Yangtze River of China:A Way to Sustainable Development of Human Settlements on Paddy Fiel

生活方式是历史城镇遗产和建筑价值的组成部分,生活方式的变化在历史城镇发展中是不可避免的,因此这种变化及应对措施应在古镇可持续发展决策过程中被充分考虑。文章通过辨析遗产承载的生活方式中的共享理念与江南精神认同内涵之间的契合关系,以古镇物质空间形态为江南精神载体建立古镇遗产的共享“语言”模式,进而梳理了江南水乡古镇价值载体空间,从聚落遗产保护与社区公众参与的角度阐述遗产保护的共享理念,提出水岸共享、宅院共享、设施共享到遗产社区生活共享的实施方法,探讨具有“人水互动”特征的历史城镇遗产保护管理的可持续发展路径。

Lifestyle is an integral part of the heritage and architectural value of the ancient town.In the development of ancient towns,changes in lifestyle are inevitable.Therefore,such changes and countermeasures should be fully considered in the decision-making process of the sustainable development of ancient towns.This paper combs the value carrier space of Jiangnan ancient towns and expounds the concept of shared heritage.From the perspective of settlement heritage protection and community public participation,it proposes waterfront sharing,housing sharing and facility sharing.Share life with heritage communities and explore sustainable development paths for heritage protection and management of ancient towns.
