黑水虻的产业化开发应用研究进展

Research progress in industrialization development and application of Hermetia illucens

黑水虻是食腐性昆虫,其繁殖周期短、数量多、生物转化率高,能实现有机废弃物的资源化利用。幼虫体内富含粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、氨基酸和微量元素,可作为优质的饲料来源,还可提取抗菌肽、己二酸等高附加值产品。研究表明,用黑水虻部分代替鱼粉能提高动物生产性能,增强机体抵抗力和免疫力,维护动物肠道健康,幼虫体内含有的高附加值活性物质具有巨大的替抗潜力。本文综述了黑水虻幼虫的营养特性和药用价值,分析了当前黑水虻产品开发应用的现状和难点,旨在为其进一步产业化开发提供参考。

Hermetia illucens is a scavenging insect.It has short breeding cycle,large number and high biotransformation rate.It can realize the resource utilization of organic waste.The larvae is rich in crude protein,crude fat,amino acids and trace elements,which can be used as a high-quality feed source,and can also extract antibacterial peptides,adipic acid and other high value-added products.Studies show that fish meal partially replaced by Hermetia illucens can improve animal performance,enhance body resistance and immunity,and maintain animal intestinal health.The high value-added active substances contained in the larvae has a great potential of substitution resistance.This paper summarizes the nutritional characteristics and medicinal value of Hermetia illucens larvae,and analyzes the current situation and difficulties in the development and application of black water gadfly products,in order to provide reference for its further industrial development.
