日粮添加茶多酚对母猪生产性能及经济效益的影响 被引量:2

摘要 文章旨在研究日粮添加茶多酚对母猪生产性能和经济效益的影响。试验选用体重[(220±3)kg]、胎次(3~5次)较为接近的杂交母猪30头,人工授精后随机分为两组,每组15个重复,每个重复一头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在日粮中添加200 mg/kg茶多酚。结果表明,与对照组相比,茶多酚组窝产仔猪数增加0.87头(P>0.05),窝产活仔数较显著增加1.22头(P<0.05),初生窝重显著增加2.90 kg(P<0.05),而初生均重却显著减少0.14 kg(P<0.05);断奶仔猪数量显著增加1.2头(P<0.05),断奶仔猪窝重显著增加6.9 kg(P<0.01),同时降低了断奶仔猪均重0.5 kg(P>0.05);从母猪断奶发情情况看,母猪断奶后的发情率显著增加(P<0.01),而母猪断奶后的发情间隔缩短(P>0.05)。同时,与对照组相比,试验组母猪经济收益大大改善,收益总计提升280.5元。结论:日粮添加茶多酚能有效改善母猪生产性能,养殖效益大大增加。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary tea polyphenols on the performance and economic benefits of sows.Thirty hybridized sows with similar weight[(220±3)kg]and parity(3~5 times)were selected and randomly divided into two groups after artificial insemination.Each group had 15 replicates,one pig for each replicate.The control group was the sows fed on the basic diet,and the addition group was the group added 200 mg/kg tea polyphenols in the diet.The results showed that compared with the control group,the number of piglets born in litters in the tea polyphenol group increased by 0.87(P>0.05),the number of live piglets born in litters increased by 1.22(P<0.05);The weight of the first litter increased by 2.90 kg(P<0.05),while the average weight of the first litter decreased by 0.14 kg(P<0.05);The number of weaned piglets increased by 1.2(P<0.05),the litter weight of weaned piglets increased by 6.9 kg(P<0.01),and the average weight of weaned piglets decreased by 0.5 kg(P>0.05);The estrus rate of sows after weaning was significantly increased(P<0.01),while the estrus interval of sows after weaning was shortened(P>0.05).At the same time,compared with the basic diet feeding group,the diet supplemented with tea polyphenols led to a significant improvement in the sows’economic returns,with a total increase of 280.5 RMB.Conclusion:The dietary tea polyphenols can effectively improve the performance of sows,and greatly increase their economic benefits.
