以六经辨证理论为指导论治糖尿病肾脏病

糖尿病肾脏病是糖尿病严重并发症之一,糖尿病肾脏病的动态演变与《伤寒论》六经辨证从三阳到三阴的传变规律大致相符,病情变化多端,多为虚实夹杂,顺传、越经传、表里传、直中、合病、并病等情况均可见于临床之中。因而灵活运用六经辨证,将病证相结合,由点到面的把握疾病的发展变化规律,对于提高临床诊疗水平显得尤为重要。导师通过多年临床经验认为从太阳少阴是论治糖尿病肾脏病的一种思路,采用方证结合的形式,运用泄热逐瘀,养阴利水法,依法拟定方药,以期为运用经方治疗糖尿病肾脏病提供部分参考。

Diabetic nephropathy is one of the serious complications of diabetes.The dynamic evolution of diabetic nephropathy is roughly in line with the law of the transmission of six meridians from three yang to three yin in“Treatise on Febrile Diseases”.,The more classics,the outside and the inside,the straight,the co-disease,the co-disease,etc.can be seen in the clinic.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment by flexibly using the six meridians to differentiate syndromes,combining disease and syndrome,and grasping the law of disease development and change from point to point.Through years of clinical experience,the instructor believes that from the sun and Shaoyin is a way of thinking about the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,using the combination of prescriptions and syndromes,using the method of releasing heat and removing blood stasis,nourishing yin and diverting water,and formulating prescriptions according to law,in order to use the classical prescriptions to treat diabetes.Nephrology provides some references.
