基于“络病”理论的慢性肾脏病中医病机、治法探究

Research on TCM Pathogenesis and Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease Based on the“Collateral Disease”Theory

慢性肾脏病发病率逐年升高,已成为全球公共卫生问题。该文基于络病理论,将慢性肾脏病归属为肾络病的范围,提出脾肾亏虚,肾络不荣为慢性肾脏病发病之根本,肾络瘀阻是其发病之关键,毒损肾络是其发病之重要因素。治疗上遵循“络以通为用”的治疗原则,根据疾病发生、发展的不同阶段,不同病理类型,采用补虚通络、袪瘀通络、解毒通络的治疗方法,并灵活应用草木类、虫类药、藤类药、散结类药物活血化瘀,驱邪通络,标本兼治。

The incidence of chronic kidney disease is increasing year by year,which has become a global public health problem.Based on the theory of collateral disease,this paper classifies chronic kidney disease as the scope of kidney collateral disease,and proposes that the deficiency of the spleen and kidney and the impotence of the kidney collaterals are the root of the pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease.is an important factor in its morbidity.The treatment follows the treatment principle of“common use of collaterals”.According to the different stages of disease occurrence and development,and different pathological types,the treatment methods of tonifying deficiency and dredging collaterals,removing blood stasis and clearing collaterals,detoxifying and clearing collaterals are adopted,and herbs are used flexibly.,Insect drugs,rattan drugs,Sanjie drugs to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,expel evil and clear collaterals,and treat both the symptoms and the symptoms.
