Experience of GAO Jining in Treating Diabetic Nephropathy

糖尿病肾病常起病隐匿,病程较长,病情反复,缠绵难愈。中医药在控制血糖、改善血管微循环、消除尿蛋白方面有着独特优势。高继宁教授认为该病病机以脾肾亏虚为本,湿浊、瘀血相互搏结为标。临证时重视以辨病为先、辨证为主,擅抓主证、明兼证、用对药,处方机圆法活,效如桴鼓。该文旨在介绍高继宁对糖尿病肾病的辨病心得与临证经验,并附验案说明之。

Diabetic nephropathy often has an insidious onset,a long course of disease,repeated illness,and is difficult to heal.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in controlling blood sugar,improving vascular microcirculation,and eliminating urinary protein.GAO Jining believes that the pathogenesis of the disease is based on deficiency of the spleen and kidney,with damp turbidity and blood stasis as the standard.At the time of clinical diagnosis,attention should be paid to disease identification first and syndrome differentiation as the main method,good at grasping the main syndrome,clarifying both syndromes,and using the right medicine.The purpose of this article is to introduce GAO Jining's diagnosis and clinical experience of diabetic nephropathy,and to explain it by examining the case.
