Clinical Experience of ZHOU Jinhua in Treating Liver Cancer

周晋华教授认为肝癌是以正气亏虚为本,气郁、痰湿、血瘀、热毒为标的本虚标实之证。脾虚肝郁、瘀血阻滞、气机不利为其主要病机,其中瘀血阻滞、脉络不通贯穿于疾病的全过程。以扶正通络为主要治则,在整体观念指导下,注重辨病与辨证相结合,中西医结合防治肝癌。

Professor ZHOU Jinhua believes that liver cancer is a syndrome of deficiency of righteousness,stagnation of phlegm,blood stasis and heat toxin.Spleen deficiency and liver stagnation,blood stasis block,and unfavorable Qi mechanism are the main pathogenesis,among which blood stasis block and vein obstruction run through the whole process of the disease.The main treatment principle is to strengthen the body and clear the collaterals,under the guidance of the overall concept,pay attention to the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,and integrate traditional Chinese and Western medicine to prevent and treat liver cancer.
