治疗急性脑出血相关中药组方规律挖掘研究

Study on Data Mining of TCM in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:运用数据挖掘分析治疗急性脑出血(ACH)相关中药的组方规律,为临床遣方用药提供参考。方法:按纳入标准系统检索近10年CNKI数据库中关于中药治疗ACH的相关文献,筛选有效方药,建立治疗ACH相关中药的数据库,利用IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0和IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行药物关联规则分析与聚类分析,挖掘用药规律。结果:共筛选出符合方剂122首,涉及中药155味,药物使用总频次合计1178次,其中大黄的用药频次最高(80次);使用频次≥10的相对高频药物有34味,使用频次>30的药物有大黄、石菖蒲、川芎、三七、丹参、赤芍、桃仁、牛膝。将药物进行关联规则分析和聚类分析,得到32条关联规则,7组核心聚类组合,涵盖了活血化瘀药、补虚药、通下药、清热凉血药、化痰开窍药、平肝熄风药等药物的配伍组合,并与活血化瘀药相关的配伍组合最多。结论:脑出血的中医药治疗以活血化瘀药为主,常与补虚药、通下药、清热凉血药、化痰开窍药、平肝熄风药配伍使用。

Objective:To use data mining to analyze the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage(ACH),and to provide reference for clinical prescription.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,we systematically searched the CNKI database in the past 10 years for relevant literature on Chinese medicine for the treatment of ACH,screened effective prescriptions,established a database of Chinese medicine related to the treatment of ACH,and used IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software to analyze drug association rules and analyze them.Cluster analysis,mining medication rules.Results:A total of 122 matching prescriptions were screened,involving 155 traditional Chinese medicines,and the total frequency of drug use was 1178,of which rhubarb was the most frequently used(80 times);there were 34 relatively high-frequency drugs with a frequency of use≥10,and the frequency of use>30 of the drugs are rhubarb,calamus,chuanxiong,notoginseng,salvia,red peony,peach kernel,achyranthes.Perform association rule analysis and cluster analysis on the drugs,and get 32 association rules,7 core cluster combinations,covering blood-activating and stasis-removing medicines,tonic medicines,Tongxia medicines,heat-clearing and blood-cooling medicines,phlegm-relieving medicines,and liverpacifying medicines.Compatibility and combination of drugs such as wind-quenching medicine,and the compatibility combination related to blood-activating and stasis-removing medicine is the most.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cerebral hemorrhage is mainly based on the drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,which are often used in combination with the drugs tonic,the drugs for clearing heat and cooling the blood,the drugs for resolving phlegm and opening the orifices,and the drugs for calming the liver and suppressing the wind.
