芪归糖痛宁颗粒对痛性糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠疼痛行为的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Qi Gui Glycokinin Granules on Pain Behavior of Rats With Painful Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

摘要 目的:在大鼠尾静脉注射链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ),建立痛性糖尿病周围神经病变(Pough Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy,PDPN)大鼠模型,观察中药芪归糖痛宁颗粒对PDPN大鼠疼痛行为的影响。方法:健康雄性大鼠尾静脉注射STZ建立痛性糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠模型,用低、中、高剂量芪归糖痛宁颗粒汤剂连续给大鼠灌胃12周,设立正常对照组及模型对照组,观察治疗前后大鼠一般情况、体重、血糖、50%缩足反应阈值及甩尾时间。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠血糖、50%缩足反应阈值及甩尾时间均明显升高;与模型组相比,芪归糖痛宁颗粒组大鼠50%缩足反应阈值及甩尾时间均明显降低,芪归糖痛宁颗粒高剂量组大鼠体重较模型组升高。结论:PDPN大鼠体重可通过使用芪归糖痛宁颗粒而增加,有效增加PDPN大鼠对于机械痛觉及热痛觉的敏感程度,从而体现了芪归糖痛宁颗粒具有改善神经传导功能、修复已受损害的神经、缓解PDPN疼痛的作用。 Objective:Toestablish streptozotocin(Pough diabetic peripheral neuropathy,PDPN)and observe the effect of ciglykinin granules on the pain behavior of PDPN rats.Methods:healthy male rats tail intravenous injection STZ establish painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy rat model,give low,medium and high dose qigui to glycogin granules soup to stomach for 12 weeks,set up the normal control group and model control group,observe before and after treatment rats general situation,weight,blood sugar,50%foot response threshold and tail time.Results:Compared with thenormal group,the blood glucose,50%threshold and tail swing time in the model group were significantly increased,compared with the 50%threshold and tail swing time in the group,while the body weight was increased compared with the model group.Conclusion:The granules can increase the weight of PDPN rats,improve the sensitivity of PDPN rats,repair the damaged nerve and improve the nerve conduction function,thus theating PDPN for pain relief.
