解郁和胃汤联合四联疗法治疗胃食管反流病对患者神经肽类物质、胃动力调节激素的影响

Effects of Jieyuhewei Decoction Combined with Quadruple Therapy on Neuropeptides and Gastric Motility Regulating Hormones in Patients with Gastr oesophageal Reflux Disease

目的:探究解郁和胃汤联合四联疗法治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)对患者神经肽类物质、胃动力调节激素的影响。方法:选择2019年7月-2021年6月收治的144例GERD患者,随机分为2组各72例。对照组采用常规四联疗法治疗,观察组在此基础上结合解郁和胃汤治疗。比较2组中医证候积分、治疗效果、神经肽类物质、胃动力调节激素表达及治疗安全性。结果:治疗后,观察组中医证候积分为(18.55±2.56)分显著低于对照组的(21.33±3.24)分;观察组治疗总有效93.06%显著高于对照组的81.94%;观察组治疗后的GAS、MTL、SP水平显著高于对照组,VIP、5-HT水平显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:GERD患者采用解郁和胃汤联合四联疗法治疗效果较好,可改善临床症状,并有助于调节胃动力调节激素及神经肽因子,且治疗安全可靠。

Objective:To explore the effect of Jieyuhewei decoction combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)on neuropeptides and gastric motility regulating hormones.Methods:A total of 144 patients with GERD who were admitted from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 72 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with Jieyu Hewei Decoction on this basis.The TCM syndrome scores,therapeutic effects,neuropeptides,gastric motility-regulating hormone expression and treatment safety were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was(18.55±2.56)points,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(21.33±3.24)points;the total effective 93.06%of the observation group was significantly higher than 81.94%of the control group;The levels of GAS,MTL and SP were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the levels of VIP and 5-HT were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Jieyuhewei decoction combined with quadruple therapy is effective for GERD patients,can improve clinical symptoms,and help to regulate gastric motility regulating hormones and neuropeptide factors,and the treatment is safe and reliable.
