Research Progress on TCM Treatment of Latent Autoimmune Diabetes in Adults

成人隐匿性自身免疫糖尿病(LADA)在病理上与经典的1型糖尿病(T1DM)和2型糖尿病(T2DM)均存在差异,在中医病机方面与传统消渴病亦有不同。中医药治疗该病有确切的疗效,具有良好的应用前景,然鲜有研究。结合近年来中医对LADA的理论探讨及实验研究,综述其病因病机及治法方药,以期为临床诊治提供参考。

Latent autoimmune diabetes mellitus(LADA)in adults is pathologically different from classic type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM)and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),and it is also different from traditional diabetes mellitus in the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine has a definite curative effect in the treatment of this disease and has a good application prospect,but there is little research.Combined with the theoretical discussion and experimental research of TCM on LADA in recent years,the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment methods and prescriptions of LADA are reviewed,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
