大柴胡汤加减治疗肝胃郁热型糖尿病的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Modified Dachaihu Decoction in Treatment of Liver-Stomach Stagnation-Heat Type Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析大柴胡汤加减治疗肝胃郁热型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1-12月新疆阿克苏地区第二人民医院中医科收治的肝胃郁热型糖尿病患者86例作为观察对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗基础上给予大柴胡汤加减,对比两组患者治疗效果、胰岛素功能、血糖水平、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹胰岛素水平均降低,观察组低于照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白及餐后2 h血糖水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大柴胡汤加减治疗肝胃郁热型糖尿病,可帮助患者降低血糖水平,调节胰岛素功能,提升治疗效果,且有较高安全性。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Dachaihu Decoction in treatment of liver-stomach stagnation heat type diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 86 patients with liver-stomach stagnation-heat type diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Second People's Hospital of Aksu Region in Xinjiang from January to December in 2021 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,while the observation group was treated with modified Dachaihu Decoction on the basis of western medicine.The treatment effect,insulin function,blood glucose level,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the insulin resistance index and fasting insulin level of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of liver-stomach stagnation-heat type diabetes mellitus can help patients reduce blood glucose level,regulate insulin function,improve the treatment effect,and has high safety.
