中西医结合联合三才治疗仪治疗乳腺囊性增生的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Combined with Sancai Therapeutic Instrument in Treatment of Breast Cystic Hyperplasia

目的:分析中西医结合联合三才治疗仪治疗乳腺囊性增生的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月大埔县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的乳腺囊性增生患者60例作为研究对象,经中医辨证为肝郁痰凝型,采用随机数表法将入选患者分为研究组1、研究组2、研究组3,各20例。研究组1予以西药治疗,研究组2予以中西医结合治疗,研究组3予以中西医结合联合三才治疗仪治疗,比较三组患者的临床治疗效果、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及触碰评分。结果:研究组3总有效率高于研究组2高与研究组1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1 d、3 d、5 d、10 d,研究组3 VAS评分与触碰评分低于研究组2与研究组1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施中西医结合加三才治疗仪治疗乳腺囊性增生,可较为明显地提升患者临床疗效,减轻患者治疗后的乳腺疼痛感,效果理想。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with Sancai therapeutic instrument in treatment of cystic hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:Sixty patients with cystic hyperplasia of mammary glands who were treated in Dapu County Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were diagnosed as stagnation of liver-qi and phlegm type based on the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,and the enrolled patients were divided into study groups 1,2,3 according to random digital number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The study group 1 was treated with western medicine,study group 2 was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and study group 3 was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and Sancai therapeutic instrument.The clinical treatment effect,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and touch score of patients in three groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of study group 3 was higher than that of study group 2 and study group 1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 d,3 d,5 d,and 10 d after treatment,the VAS scores and touch scores in the study group 3 were lower than those in study group 2 and study group 1,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of cystic hyperplasia of mammary glands,the combination of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and Sancai therapeutic instrument can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients,alleviate the breast pain of patients after treatment,and the effect is ideal.
