手术室麻醉苏醒护理对胃肠切除患者全身麻醉苏醒期躁动的影响

Influence of Anesthesia Awakening Nursing in Operating Room on Emergence Agitation in Patients Undergoing Gastrointestinal Resection

目的:分析手术室麻醉苏醒护理对胃肠切除患者全身麻醉苏醒期躁动(EA)的影响。方法:选取2020年3月-2022年1月常熟市第一人民医院手术室进行胃肠切除手术的患者34例作为观察对象,按照信封法分为对照组与观察组,各17例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用手术室麻醉苏醒护理干预,对比两组患者的EA发生率、苏醒期心率、血压指标。结果:观察组苏醒期EA发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者苏醒期心率、血压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃肠切除术中进行手术室麻醉苏醒护理,能显著减轻患者苏醒期躁动程度,降低心率与血压指标,取得较理想的护理效果。

Objective:To analyze the influence of anesthesia awakening nursing in operating room on the emergence agitation in patients undergoing gastrointestinal resection.Methods:A total of 34 patients with gastrointestinal resection in Operation Room of Changshu First People's Hospital of Changshu City from March 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the observation subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to envelop method,with 17 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group used the operating room anesthesia awakening nursing intervention.The incidence of EA,heart rate and blood pressure indicators during awakening of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of EA during the awakening period in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate and blood pressure of the patients during the awakening period in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anesthesia awakening nursing in the operating room during gastrointestinal resection can significantly alleviate the degree of emergence agitation of patients,reduce the heart rate and blood pressure indicators,and achieve the ideal nursing effect.
