基于RIGHT膀胱癌临床实践指南报告质量研究

Evaluation of the reporting quality of clinical practice guidelines on bladder cancer with RIGHT checklist

目的 采用RIGHT对膀胱癌临床实践指南的报告质量进行评价,为医师临床决策提供参考。方法 计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、The Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方、医脉通、NICE、SIGN 和GIN等数据库和指南相关网站,查找关于膀胱癌的临床实践指南。由两位研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料,采用RIGHT清单评估指南报告质量。结果 共纳入17 部膀胱癌临床实践指南,17部指南的报告率介于17.1%~82.9%,平均报告率为 52.8%;纳入指南的7个领域的平均报告率分别为56.9%、57.4%、54.1%、58.8%、17.6%、51.5%和41.2%;仅一部指南报告了条目17:应描述指南是否经过了质量控制程序,如果是,则描述其过程。结论 膀胱癌临床实践指南的报告质量仍有待提高,建议膀胱癌指南制订者严格按照RIGHT清单规范、全面报告指南信息和推荐意见,提高膀胱癌指南报告的质量。

Objective To assess the reporting quality of clinical practice guidelines on bladder cancer by RIGHT to provide a reference for physicians’ clinical decisions.Methods We searched PubMed,EMbase,and the Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang,Medlive,National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE),Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN) and Guidelines International Network (GIN).Two researchers independently screened the literature and cross-checked,and then evaluated the reporting quality of bladder cancer guidelines with RIGHT.Results Totally 17 bladder cancer clinical practice guidelines were included,and reporting rates for the 17 guidelines ranged 17.1% ~82.9%,with an average reporting rate of 52.8%.The average reporting rates of the 7 domains of the guidelines were 56.9%,57.4%,54.1%,58.8%,17.6%,51.5% and 41.2%,respectively.Besides,only one guideline reported item 17:namely whether the guideline was subjected to a quality control process.If yes,the process should be described.Conclusion The reporting quality of clinical practice guidelines for bladder cancer needs improvement.It is recommended that guideline developers strictly follow the RIGHT checklist to standardize and comprehensively report information to improve the reporting quality of guidelines for bladder cancer.
