摘要 肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)是肿瘤微环境的重要组成部分,在肿瘤发生、发展进程中发挥着重要作用。以TAMs为靶点的肿瘤免疫治疗是目前研究的热点之一。纳米载药系统由于具有渗透与滞留增强效应、智能响应性、可靶向修饰、不同作用机制药物共输运等优势,为靶向调控TAMs提供了新的思路和方向。该文简要阐述纳米药物靶向TAMs的新策略。 Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)are essential parts of the tumor microenvironment and play a vital role in the occurrence and development of tumors.TAMs-targeted immunotherapy is one of the frontiers and hotspots of tumor therapy.Nano-drug-loaded systems provide new ideas and directions for targeted regulation of TAMs due to their enhanced permeability and retention(EPR),intelligent response,targeted modification,and co-delivery of different drugs.This article briefly reviewed the new drug-loaded nanosystems for targeting TAMs.
