中药材大蓟及混伪品的傅里叶变换红外光谱鉴别研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 建立中药材大蓟及混伪品小蓟、奶蓟草等的傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)快速鉴别方法。方法 采用FT-IR法对红外图谱及二阶导图谱进行分析,计算红外光谱相似度,并结合化学计量学对样品进行定性分析,建立SIMCA分类模型探究大蓟及混伪品的种间差异。结果 大蓟的红外图谱较其他药材图谱红移近30个波数,根据2890 cm^(-1)、2823 cm^(-1)和2500~1750 cm^(-1)能对3种中药材进行初步鉴别;在相似度分析中,大蓟与奶蓟草、小蓟的相似度分别为0.421和0.773,大蓟组间相似性较高(均大于0.89)。大蓟及混伪品的聚类分析及主成分分析结果显示具有较好的聚集性,SIMCA在训练集和验证集均有较高的识别正确率。结论 建立的FT-IR法可为中药大蓟的产地及真伪鉴定提供一种新方法。 Objective To establish a fast identification method of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) for Chinese herbal medicine Cirsium japonicum and its mixed counterfeit products,such as Cirsium japonicum,Cirsium setosum,and Silybum marianum.Methods FT-IR was used to analyze the infrared spectrum and second-order conductivity spectrum,calculate the similarity of infrared spectrum,and combined with the pattern recognition technology of cluster analysis and principal component analysis to qualitatively analyze the samples,establishing soft independent modeling of class analogy (SIMCA),to explore the interspecific differences of artichoke and its adulterants.Results The infrared spectrum of Cirsium japonicum was redshifted by nearly 30 wave positions compared with that of other plants.Three plants could be identified according to 2890 cm^(-1),2823 cm^(-1) and 2500~1750 cm^(-1).The similarity between Cirsium japonicum and Silybum marianum and Cirsium setosum was 0.421 and 0.773,the similarity between Cirsium japonicum groups was higher than 0.89.The cluster analysis and principal component analysis of artichoke and its adulterants have good aggregation,SIMCA pattern has high recognition accuracy in both training set and verification set.Conclusion The established FT-IR can provide a new method for the identification of origin and authenticity of Cirsium japonicum.
