摘要
细胞焦亡是发生心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)的重要机制之一,阐释MIRI中细胞焦亡的机制具有重要意义。近年来中药单体抑制MIRI中细胞焦亡的研究越来越多,本文对细胞焦亡在MIRI中的作用机制及中药单体干预研究进行综述,为治疗MIRI的新药发现提供参考。
Pyroptosis is an important mechanism of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MIRI).It is important to clarify the mechanism of pyroptosis in MIRI.In recent years,there are more and more studies on the inhibition of pyroptosis in MIRI by traditional Chinese medicine monomers.This article reviewed the mechanism of pyroptosis in MIRI and the intervention with traditional Chinese medicine monomers to provide a reference for the discovery of new drugs for MIRI.
