卡瑞利珠单抗相关不良反应文献分析

Literature review of adverse reactions induced by camrelizumab

目的 探讨卡瑞利珠单抗致不良反应的一般规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 以“卡瑞利珠单抗”“不良反应”为检索词,检索建库至2021年12月31日中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed等数据库,搜集病例资料,按照患者一般情况、用药情况、不良反应发生及转归等进行统计分析。结果 共收集25篇文献,包含27例卡瑞利珠单抗所致不良反应;累及系统器官主要为皮肤系统、呼吸系统、心血管系统、神经肌肉系统、内分泌系统以及牙龈等。评价结果为“很可能”的占74.07%(20/27);男女比例为2.38∶1。发生时间在1~21 d 的占33.33%(9/27)。临床表现以皮肤系统损害(占34.48%)为主,其中死亡2例。结论 卡瑞利珠单抗不良反应表现多样,医药护应该重视,提高临床合理用药水平,确保患者用药安全。

Objective To determine the general rules and characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) induced by camrelizumab to provide references for its rational clinical use.Methods Base on such key words as “camrelizumab” and “adverse reaction”,literatures were searched from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and PubMed from establishment of the database to 2021.The statistics and analysis were conducted based on the common information,medication,the occurrence and prognosis of ADRs in patients.Results Totally 25 papers involving 27 ADRs were collected,involving the skin,respiratory system,cardiovascular system,neuromuscular system,endocrine system and the gum.Totally 20 (74.07%) patients were evaluated as “probable”,the ratio of male to female was 2.38∶1,the proportion of ADRs from day 1 to 21 was 33.33% (9/27).ADRs mainly occurred in the skin (34.48%),and 2 patients died.Conclusion ADRs caused by camrelizumab are diversified,to which the clinicians,pharmacists,and nurses should pay attention to improve the rational drug use,and ensure the medication safety.
