基于“治未病”理论探讨膝骨关节炎的临床防治

目的总结“治未病”理论在膝骨关节炎防治中的应用,为该理论更好的应用于膝骨关节炎的防治提供理论支持。方法通过临床观察及文献收集,并结合“治未病”理论的基本概念,将“治未病”理念在膝骨关节炎防治中的应用进行总结。结果“治未病”理论可追溯到汉以前,对中医的发展起着重要的影响。在发展过程中,形成“未病先防、既病防变、瘥后防复”的治疗理念,对防治膝骨关节炎具有重大作用。结论将“治未病”理论运用于膝骨关节炎的临床防治中,以“未病养骨为主、防病于先;已病养治结合,防其传变;愈后加强养护,防其复发”为指导原则,对于将防治膝骨关节炎融入日常生活中,推进“大健康”战略,具有重要意义。

Objective To summarize the application of"Preventive treatment of disease"theory in the prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and provide theoretical support for the better application of this theory in the prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Through clinical observation and literature collection,combined with the basic concept of the"Preventive treatment of disease"theory,the application of the concept of"Preventive treatment of disease"in the prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis was summarized.Results The theory of"Preventive treatment of disease"can be traced back to the Han Dynasty and has an important influence on the development of traditional Chinese medicine.In the process of development,the therapeutic concept of"revention before disease,prevention against change after disease and prevention of recurrence after recovery"has been formed,which plays a significant role in the prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Conclusion The application of the theory of"Preventive treatment of disease"to the clinical prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis is of great significance to integrate the prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis into daily life and promote the strategy of"great health",with the guiding principle of"giving priority to the prevention and treatment of bone disease before disease;combining the prevention and treatment of disease to prevent its transmission;strengthening the maintenance after recovery to prevent its recurrence".
