小学教育专业“双三位一体”产教融合协同育人模式研究与实践 被引量:2

摘要 贯彻落实“学生中心、成果导向、持续改进”理念,以产教融合、协同育人为抓手,通过构建和实施“双三位一体”产教融合协同育人模式,即融合“理论+实践+能力”三位一体协同育人课程体系与“高校+地方教育行政部门+小学”三位一体协同育人模式,从课程、师资、实践基地、管理制度等方面进行综合改革,提升“小学教育专业”人才培养质量。 Implementing the concept of“Student-centered,achievement-oriented and continuous improvement”,taking the integration of industry and education and cooperative education as the starting point,and constructing and implementing the“Double-trinity”model of integration of industry and education and cooperative education,that is,integrating the trinity of“Theory+practice+ability”and the trinity of“University+local educational administration+primary school”,we should reform the curriculum,teachers,practice base and management system to improve the quality of personnel training for the major of primary education.
