基于GS1码的骨科高值耗材全流程闭环管理体系的建立与应用

Establishment and application of whole-process and closed-loop management system for high-value orthopedics consumables based on GS1 barcode

目的:建立基于GS1码唯一追溯标识的骨科高值耗材全流程闭环管理体系。方法:基于全面规范化、标准化的骨科高值耗材基础字典库,对于非GS1标准条码建立相对标准的类GS1编码,以GS1码或院内类GS1码作为骨科高值耗材的唯一追溯标识,实现全流程闭环追溯。结果:实现了包括计划、组套、配送单、验收、消毒、使用、收费、电子植入单在内的全流程闭环管理体系。结论:基于GS1码的唯一追溯标识的骨科高值耗材的全流程闭环管理体系可以促进基层医疗单位对于高值耗材的精细化管理。

Objective To establish a whole-process and closed-loop management system for high-value medical consumables in orthopedics based on the unique traceability identification of GS1 barcode. Methods Based on the comprehensively standardized basic library of high-value orthopedic consumables, a relative standard GS1-like barcode was established for non-GS1 standard barcode. GS1 barcode or hospital GS1-like barcode was used as the unique traceability mark of high-value orthopedic medical consumables to realize the whole-process and closedloop traceability. Results The whole-process and closed-loop management system was realized in terms of planning,assembling, distribution order, check before acceptance, disinfection, using, charging and electronic implantation order.Conclusion The whole-process and closed-loop management system of orthopedic high-value medical consumables based on the unique traceability identification of GS1 barcode can promote the refined management of high-value medical consumables in primary health institutions.
