目的:调研医院检查申请与预约的现状及其不足,探讨如何改进现有电子检查申请的应用模式,借助临床数据中心和医疗知识库,通过信息化手段降低患者、接诊医生、检查医生和护士等多方面角色的沟通成本,提高医技检查的工作效率。方法:深入研究现有检查申请单系统的特点,通过下沉医技检查科室业务学习、访谈,业务问题归纳、信息化业务建模等方式对现有系统进行分析改造。结果:实现了医生间、医护间、医患间全信息化沟通,建立知识库,提升检查申请质量,提高医技检查科室工作效率,有效降低医技检查的预约等候时间。结论:电子检查申请通过临床辅助决策系统和智能辅助预约系统使得检查安排更为合理,设备利用率明显提高。

Objective To investigate the current situation of medical examination application and appointment in hospitals and its shortcomings, and to explore how to improve the application mode of existing electronic examination application. With the help of clinical data center and medical knowledge base, to reduce the communication cost of patients, receiving doctors, examination doctors and nurses, and to improve the efficiency of medical examinations.Methods The characteristics of the existing examination application system were studied in depth, and the existing system was analyzed and reformed by means of business learning, interviewing, business problem summarizing and information business modeling in medical technical examination departments. Results The complete information communication among doctors, nurses and patients was realized. By establishing a knowledge base, the quality of examination application was improved, the efficiency of medical technical examination departments were improved, and the waiting time for medical technical examination appointments was effectively reduced. Conclusion The electronic examination application can make the examination arrangement more reasonable and improve the equipment utilization rate significantly through the clinical assisted decision-making and intelligent appointment system.
