摘要
以电子病历“无纸化”过程中面临的签名问题为研究方向,结合医疗应用领域特点、电子签名技术以及区块链原理,从系统设计、系统部署和应用方案等3个方面介绍了基于区块链的电子签名技术在医疗信息系统中的实现方案。该技术可帮助医生、患者及家属在医疗活动中通过信息平台完成身份认证与签名,有助于规范医疗行为,提高病历审核效率,为病历“无纸化”创造条件。
Taking the signature issue confronted in the "paperless" process of electronic medical record as the research topic, combined with the characteristics of medical application fields, electronic signature technology and blockchain principles, we introduce the implementation of electronic signature technology based on blockchain in medical information systems from three aspects, including system design, system deployment and application scheme.This technology can help doctors, patients and their family members to complete identity authentication and signature through the information platform in medical activities, which helps to standardize medical conducts, improve the efficiency of medical record review, and create conditions for "paperless" medical record.
