失眠症患者中医体质分布与睡眠质量相关性分析

Correlativity between TCM constitution distribution and sleep quality of patients with insomnia

目的:分析失眠症患者中医体质分布与睡眠质量的相关性。方法:随机选取200例失眠症患者及97例正常对照组病例,通过调查中医体质量表及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表,分析失眠症患者中医体质特点与睡眠质量的相关性。结果:失眠症患者存在中医体质差异,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);不同中医体质失眠症患者PSQI评分存在差异,PSQI评分由高到低:气郁质﹥阴虚质﹥湿热质﹥阳虚质﹥痰湿质﹥瘀血质﹥特禀质﹥平和质,平和质分别与气郁质、痰湿质、湿热质、阳虚质、阴虚质两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);平和质与瘀血质、特禀质、气虚质比较无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论:失眠症患者中医体质特点与睡眠质量存在相关性,失眠症患者体质分布以气郁质、痰湿质、湿热质、阳虚质、阴虚质为主。

Objective:To analyze the correlativity between TCM constitution distribution and sleep quality of patients with insomnia.Methods:200 cases of patients with insomnia and 97 cases of normal control group were randomly selected.The correlativity between characteristics of TCM constitution and sleep quality of patients with insomnia was analyzed by investigating TCM constitution scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale.Results:There was difference of TCM constitution in patients with insomnia,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The PSQI scores of patients with insomnia and with different TCM constitution were different.PSQI scores were from high to low:qi depression constitution>yin deficiency constitution>damp heat constitution>yang deficiency constitution>phlegm dampness constitution>blood stasis constitution>special natural endowment constitution>gentleness constitution.The gentleness constitution was compared with qi depression constitution,phlegm dampness constitution,damp heat constitution,yang deficiency constitution and yin deficiency constitution respectively in pairs,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The gentleness constitution was compared with blood stasis constitution,special natural endowment constitution and qi deficiency constitution respectively in pairs,there was no significant difference,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is the correlativity between characteristics of TCM constitution and sleep quality of patients with insomnia.The constitution distribution of patients with insomnia is mainly composed of qi depression constitution,phlegm dampness constitution,damp heat constitution,yang deficiency constitution and yin deficiency constitution.
