RCEP背景下佛山市跨境电商发展的机遇与挑战研究

Research on Opportunities and Challenges of Cross-border E-commerce Development in Foshan City under the Background of RCEP

2022年1月1日,《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)正式生效实施,协定中关税减免、贸易便利化、市场准入、知识产权保护等政策极大地促进了成员国间的经贸发展和文化交流。RCEP为佛山市与RCEP成员国之间的经济合作创造了崭新的机遇,也为受新冠疫情影响下的世界经济复苏注入了新的活力。为提高佛山市跨境电商在RCEP区域内的竞争力,本文基于佛山市跨境电商发展情况及企业现状,分析了加入RCEP为佛山市跨境电商行业带来的机遇和挑战,并提出相应对策和建议,以期助力佛山市跨境电商行业持续快速高质量地发展。

On January 1,2022,the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement(RCEP)came into eff ect.The policies of tariff reduction,trade facilitation,market access and intellectual property protection in the agreement have greatly promoted economic and trade development and cultural exchanges among member countries.It has also injected new vitality into the world’s economic recovery under the impact of COVID-19.To improve the competitiveness of Foshan’s s cross-border e-commerce in the RCEP region,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by the accession to RCEP for Foshan’s cross-border e-commerce industry based on its current development and the situation of related enterprises.It also puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to help Foshan’s s cross-border e-commerce industry develop in a sustainable,rapid and high-quality manner.
