摘要
介绍了几种常用的蓝色无机颜料在近红外波段的光谱选择性,为涂料企业进行热反射隔热涂料配方设计提供必要的理论支持和指导意见。研究了几种蓝色颜料在反射隔热涂层中对光线的选择性吸收,及其晶体结构、晶体尺寸等对涂层反射比的影响。同时制备了丙烯酸涂料,测试涂层的太阳光反射比、近红外反射比、半球发射率以及隔热效果。
The spectral selectivity of several common inorganic blue pigments in near-infrared band was introduced,which provided necessary theoretical support and guidance for the formulation design of heat reflection and heat insulation coatings.The selective absorption of light by several blue pigments,the influence of their crystal structure and crystal size on the reflection ratio of the coating were studied.At the same time,acrylic paint was prepared to test the solar reflectance,near-infrared reflectance,hemispherical emissivity and heat insulation effect of the coating.
