基于DOE的盐雾试验关键腐蚀因子研究

摘要 以试验设计(Design of Experiment,DOE)理论和方法为基础,选取SAE 1008-1010标准腐蚀板作为试验对象,以其试验前后的质量损失值,即腐蚀强度为试验指标,识别出影响盐雾试验腐蚀强度的试验因子,并逐一分析和筛选,最后利用Minitab软件,通过DOE部分因子设计方法对相关试验因子分别设置2个高低水平值,进行正交试验设计,最终得到影响标准腐蚀板质量损失的关键腐蚀因子。 Based on Design of Experiment(DOE)theory and methodology,the paper used the SAE 1008-1010 standard corrosion plate as test object with its mass loss value before and after the test as test indicators,identified the factors affecting the salt spray test corrosion strength,and analyzed and screened them one by one.Finally,the Mini tab software was used.Through the DOE partial factor design method,two level values of high and low were set to carry out orthogonal experiment design.Finally,the key corrosion factors affecting the mass loss of standard corrosion plate were obtained.
