摘要
在石油钻井起下钻等作业中,液压吊卡的使用可以大大减少人员干涉,提高了作业安全性和高效性。液压吊卡已成为陆地先进的钻机和海上钻井平台(船)的标准配置。文章调研了液压吊卡在海上钻井平台使用过程中出现的故障现象,分析液压吊卡在现场使用中存在的问题,并深入研究主流液压吊卡的液压系统,提出液压吊卡控制系统的优化设计方案,有助于提升吊卡液压系统的稳定性。优化后的液压吊卡已在国内渤海某高端自升式钻井平台上初步测试应用,可以有效提升系统的稳定性和现场作业效率,为液压吊卡制造商优化液压吊卡提供建议。
In oil drilling and tripping operations, the use of hydraulic elevators greatly reduces personnel interference and improves operation safety and efficiency. Hydraulic elevators have become the standard configuration of advanced land drilling rigs and offshore drilling platforms(ships). This paper investigates the failure phenomenon of hydraulic elevator in the use of offshore drilling platform, analyzes the problems existing in the use of hydraulic elevator on site, studies the hydraulic system of classic hydraulic elevator, and puts forward the optimal design of hydraulic elevator control system, which improves the stability of elevator hydraulic system. The optimized hydraulic elevator has been preliminarily tested and applied on a advanced jack up drilling platform in Bohai, which can effectively improve the stability and field operation efficiency. This design also can provide suggestions for hydraulic elevator manufacturers to optimize hydraulic elevator.
