摘要
在工业生产和化工行业,尤其是化学制品行业,设计人员需要判断和测量液体介质的液位、质量及浓度等。因此,设计一款非接触式的简易多功能液体容器,对化学工业生产和农业作业具有重要的研究意义和应用价值。基于AT89S52单片机控制,利用超声波测距模块和自制传感器可以测量液体的液位、质量及浓度,并将结果通过LCD12864液晶显示器显示。实践表明,设计的简易多功能液体容器测量结果准确,操作简便,成本低廉,具有一定的实用价值。
In industrial production and the chemical industry, especially the chemical industry, it is necessary to judge and measure the level, weight, and concentration of liquid media. Therefore, the design of a non-contact simple multifunctional liquid container has important research significance and application value for both chemical industry production and agricultural operations. The system design is based on AT89S52 single-chip microcomputer control, using ultrasonic distance measuring module and self-made sensors to measure and judge the weight, height, and concentration of the liquid respectively, and display the measurement results on the LCD12864 liquid crystal display. The practice shows that the measurement result is accurate, the operation is simple, the cost is low, and it has a certain practical value.
