基于激光测量的建筑钢结构表面缺陷识别方法

摘要 钢结构表面缺陷危害较大,需要精准识别结构表面,因此重点研究了基于激光测量的建筑钢结构表面缺陷识别方法。一方面,提取建筑钢结构表面缺陷特征,检测钢结构表面的缺陷结构。另一方面,基于激光测量定量分析钢结构表面的缺陷,识别钢结构表面的缺陷情况,实现建筑钢结构表面缺陷的精准识别。采用对比实验的方式进行验证,结果显示新识别方法效果更佳,误差更小,精准度更高,极具推广价值。 The surface defects of steel structures are harmful and need to be accurately identified. Therefore, the surface defect identification method of building steel structures based on laser measurement is studied. On the one hand, extract the surface defect characteristics of steel structure and detect the surface defect structure of steel structure. On the other hand, quantitative analysis of surface defects is carried out based on laser measurement to identify the surface defects of steel structures, so as to achieve accurate identification of surface defects of building steel structures. By means of comparative experiments, it is verified that the new recognition method has better effect, smaller error, higher accuracy and great promotion value.
