摘要
分析斜齿轮重合度与接触线的关系及成形原理,研究重合度与接触线的变化特性,指出了端面重合度或轴向重合度为整数时任意瞬时接触线总长变化恒为零,为进一步降低轮齿振动和噪声提供了理论参考。
This paper analyzes the relationship between the coincidence degree of helical gears and the contact line and the forming principle, studies the changing characteristics of the coincidence degree and the contact line, and points out that when the coincidence degree of the end face or the axial coincidence degree is an integer, the change of the total length of any instantaneous contact line is constant to zero, it provides a theoretical reference for further reducing the vibration and noise of gear teeth.
