为解决ZB25包装机一号轮铜套在拆装过程中出现的问题,如铜套与铜套孔不同心导致维修过程困难或部件易磨损等,设计了一种拆装工具。结果表明,使用该拆装工具能够节省一号轮铜套拆装时间,提高铜套与铜套孔的同心度,降低摩擦磨损,减少维修更换频率,从而提高工作效率。

In order to solve the problems in the disassembly and assembly of the copper sleeve of the No.1 wheel of ZB25packaging machine,such as the problems that the copper sleeve and the copper sleeve hole are not concentric,resulting in difficult maintenance or easy wear of parts,this paper designs a disassembly and assembly tool.Results show that it is a efficiency tool to reduce maintaince time,frequency,and wear and tear of first wheel in ZB25 packing machine.
