摘要 随着科技的飞速发展,自动化机械臂利用率愈来愈高,获得了广泛应用。机械生产和质量管理过程中,在无人或有较少的工人可以参与的特殊情况下,自动化数控机械设备或数控系统按照国际相关标准设定技术要求,利用机械自动检测、信息处理、分析判断以及机械操纵自动控制功能等技术自动实现预期生产目标。因此,文章研究设计了一款新型机械臂,通过拓扑结构优化和根据机械性能指标的具体尺寸大小来优化其机械结构,使该设备具有机械质量轻、精度高、占地小、较高的最大负载自重比、运动灵活且安全稳定5大特点。 With the rapid development of science and technology, the utilization rate of automatic robot arm is becoming higher and higher, and it has been widely used. Automatic CNC machinery and equipment or numerical control system is that it is in the process of mechanical production and quality management of unmanned or fewer workers can participate in special circumstances,set technical requirements in accordance with the relevant international standards, through mechanical automatic detection,information processing, analysis, judgment and mechanical manipulation of the automatic control function to automatically determine the expected production target. Therefore, this paper studies and designs a new type of manipulator. Through the optimization of topological structure and the optimization of its mechanical structure according to the specific size of mechanical performance indicators, the equipment has five characteristics: light mechanical weight, high precision, small land occupation,high maximum load to weight ratio, flexible movement, safety and stability.
