Overview of Automatic Sorting to Machine Tools in the Current Domestic

基于某公司现有项目的开展情况,文章主要研究了国内机床自动下料分拣现状。机床下料分拣是工件加工生产产线的重要部分,若其中任何一个环节效率低下,就会对整个生产效率产生负面影响。因此,研究机床自动下料分拣对工件的实际生产具有重要意义。首先,介绍机床自动下料分拣的基本方式;其次,从机床自动下料分拣的需求出发,分别从机床直接下料、输送线静态下料、输送线动态下料和零件混拣4个方面进行系统介绍;最后,总结和展望机床自动下料分拣在工程中的实际应用。

This article is mainly based on a company’s existing project to carry out research on domestic machine tool automatic unloading and sorting. Machine tool blanking and sorting is an important part of the workpiece processing production line. The inefficiency of any link will affect the efficiency of the entire production. Therefore, the study of automatic cutting and sorting of machine tools is of great significance to the actual production of workpieces. Firstly, this article introduces the basic methods of automatic unloading and sorting of machine tools. Secondly, starting from the requirements of automatic unloading and sorting of machine tools, they are directly unloaded from machine tools, unloaded by conveyor lines, parts sorting, and parts mixed sorting to introduce the system in the aspect. Finally, summarize and prospect the automatic unloading and sorting of machine tools according to the actual engineering application.
