煤矿机载液压锚杆钻机控制系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 根据煤矿机载液压锚杆钻机的作业需求,设计了一种锚杆转机的控制系统。系统以液压压力传感器为系统唯一传感器,简化硬件系统,在煤矿井下恶劣工作环境下具有更高的可靠性。系统以可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)为控制器,通过压强判断锚杆钻机工作状态,可实现液压锚杆钻机的自动化施工。煤矿试验结果表明,控制系统可实现锚杆钻机的自动化运行,具有较高的可靠性。 According to the operation requirements of airborne hydraulic roof bolter in coal mine, a control system of roof bolter is designed in this paper. The system takes the pressure sensor as the only sensor of the system, simplifies the hardware system,and has higher reliability in the harsh working environment of coal mine. The system takes Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) as the controller. The automatic working of hydraulic roof bolter can be realized by judging the working state of roof bolter through pressure. The coal mine test results show that the control system can realize the automatic working of the roof bolter and has high reliability.
