一种基于结构优化的全自动刀柄碰焊机

摘要 传统的半自动化刀柄碰焊机存在质量不稳定、自动化程度不高以及生产效率低等缺点,而现有的全自动化设备存在结构复杂、总体性价比偏低等问题。因此,提出了一种可实现刀柄自动送料、自动焊接以及自动输送刀柄成品的全自动刀柄碰焊机设计方案,并阐述了其关键设计要点。结果表明,该设备具有节能高效、结构简单、制造成本低、易维护以及无须人工参与刀柄送料等优点,有利于减少企业用工成本,可为我国五金刀剪企业的智能制造升级更新提供解决方案。 The traditional semi-automatic tool holder touch welding machine has the disadvantages of unstable quality,low degree of automation and low production efficiency.The existing full-automatic equipment also has the problems of complex structure and low overall cost performance.Therefore,a design scheme of full-automatic tool holder touch welding machine which can realize automatic feeding,automatic welding and automatic conveying of tool holder finished products is proposed,and the key design points are described.The results show that the equipment has the advantages of energy saving and efficiency,simple structure,low manufacturing cost,easy maintenance and no manual participation in the knife handle feeding,which is conducive to reducing the labor cost of enterprises,and can provide a solution for the intelligent manufacturing upgrading of hardware knife and shear enterprises in China.
