摘要
为稳定浆纱回潮率质量指标,分析了纱线种类、所选用浆料、浆纱车速、烘燥温度、上浆率、覆盖系数、环境温湿度、蒸汽质量等对浆纱回潮率的影响,有针对性地制定了相应的技术措施和管理制度,并严格贯彻落实。各品种回潮合格率指标实际完成都在96%以上;上浆合格率94.98%以上;伸长合格率不低于94%;浆纱织轴好轴率高于84.58%;织机台时断经低于0.41根;实物质量较好,布面匀整合格率高于97.13%;综合织机效率大于93.5%。认为:稳定控制浆纱回潮率有利于改善浆纱各项质量指标。
In order to stabilize quality index of sizing moisture regain,effects of yarn type,selected size mixture,sizing speed,drying temperature,sizing percentage,coverage factor,ambient temperature&humidity and steam quality on sizing moisture regain were analyzed.Corresponding technology measures and management systems were formulated and strictly implemented.The actual completion rate of the moisture regain qualified rate of each variety was above 96%,the qualified rate of sizing was above 94.98%,the qualified rate of elongation was not less than 94%,qualified warp beam rate of sizing and weaving shaft was higher than 84.58%,broken warp per hour of the weaving loom was lower than 0.41.The physical quality was better,the uniformity of the cloth surface was higher than 97.13%,the comprehensive loom efficiency was higher than 93.5%.It is considered that stable control of sizing moisture regain is beneficial to improve various quality indicators of sizing.
