摘要
探讨棉短纤维率的检测原理及检测现状。介绍了纤维排列拜氏图、长度-重量(根数)分布曲线和照影仪曲线等3种纤维长度分布密度函数曲线。分析了根据纤维长度分布密度函数曲线计算短纤维率的公式,并指出了每种密度函数曲线对应的短纤维率的检测方法及存在的不足。分析了目前主要使用的短纤维率测试仪的测试原理及存在的问题,提出了短纤维率测试仪的创新方向。认为:在棉短纤维率的检测中,采用自动取样、制样,剔除杂质和棉结,使用拜氏图计算短纤维率,更有利于提高棉短纤维率的检测效率和准确性。
Detection principle and detection status of cotton short fiber rate were discussed.Three kinds of fiber length distribution density function curves were introduced,including fiber arrangement Bayesian diagram,lengthweight(number of fibers)distribution curve and camera curve.The formula for calculating short fiber rate according to fiber length distribution density function curve was analyzed,the detection method and the existing deficiencies of the short fiber rate corresponding to each density function curve were pointed out.Test principle and existing problems of the currently mainly used short fiber rate tester were analyzed,the innovative direction of the short fiber rate tester was put forward.It is considered that in the detection of cotton short fiber rate,it is more beneficial to improve detection efficiency and accuracy of cotton short fiber rate by using automatic sampling and sample preparation,removing impurities and neps,using Bayesian diagram to calculate the short fiber rate.
