摘要
盾构机主轴承是位于主驱动系统内的一个低速重载轴承。作为盾构机的关键承载部件,主轴承的健康状态在很大程度上影响着整个盾构机的工作可靠性。盾构机主轴承运行工况复杂,一旦发生故障,如果不能及时进行判别与维修,会导致局部故障迅速拓展,造成巨大的经济损失。适用于盾构机主轴承的故障检测技术有振动检测技术和油液监测技术,而文章重点设计了盾构机油液在线监测系统。
The main bearing of shield machine is a low-speed heavy-duty bearing located in the main drive system. As the key load-bearing part of shield machine, the health of main bearing affects the working reliability of the whole shield machine to a great extent. The main bearing of shield machine operates under complex conditions. If the fault occurs, it will lead to rapid expansion of local fault and huge economic losses if the fault can not be identified and repaired in time. The fault detection technology for main bearing of shield machine includes vibration detection technology and oil monitoring technology, and the oil on-line monitoring system of shield machine is designed in this paper.
