摘要 针对Φ3.2 m×5.4 m溢流型球磨机进料部在实际应用过程中存在的问题进行研究分析,以解决Φ3.2 m×5.4 m溢流型球磨机在连续、高负载荷环境下的进料衬套松动、中空轴漏浆及进料溜管密封失效等问题。首先,介绍Φ3.2 m×5.4 m溢流型球磨机进料部的组成;其次,介绍Φ3.2 m×5.4 m溢流型球磨机进料部主要存在的问题;再次,通过分析研究存在的问题,结合现场实际,通过机械结构优化实施必要的防范措施,以解决存在的应用问题;最后,分析总结Φ3.2 m×5.4 m溢流型球磨机优化升级的功效。 The research and analysis of this paper is about the problems existing in the feeding part of Φ3.2 m× 5.4 m overflow ball mill in practical application.The purpose is solving the problems of feed Bush looseness, hollow shaft slurry leakage and feed flow pipe seal failure of Φ3.2 m× 5.4 m overflow ball mill in the continuous and high load environment. Firstly, the main composition of the feeding part of Φ3.2 m× 5.4 m overflow ball mill is introduced. Secondly, the content is about the main existing problems of the feeding part of Φ3.2 m× 5.4 m overflow ball mill. Thirdly, by the research of the existing problems, optimizing the mechanical structure, and implementation of preventive measures for solving existing application problems. Finally, the efficiency of Φ3.2 m× 5.4 m overflow type ball mill is analyzed and summarized.
