摘要
恒温恒湿实验箱作为重要的材料性能检测实验装置,被广泛应用于电子芯片、车辆模具、橡胶以及金属等制品的质检环节。针对实验箱中重要的排水卸压装置,提出一种新型结构,从设计思路、结构设计、关键元件选型以及控制逻辑设计等方面,详细阐述新型排水卸压装置的设计、原理及应用方法,在一定程度上可为恒温恒湿实验箱的性能优化设计提供参考,对新型实验箱结构的进一步工程系列化应用具有重要的指导意义。
The constant temperature and humidity test box, as an important material performance test device, is widely used in the quality inspection of electronic chips, vehicle molds, rubber, metal and other products. Aiming at the important part of the drainage and pressure relief device in the test chamber, this paper puts forward a new structure, and expounds the design, principle and application method of the new drainage and pressure relief device in detail from the aspects of design idea, structure design,key component selection and control logic design. To some extent, it provides a design reference for the performance optimization of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber, and has important guiding significance for the further engineering seriation application of the new test chamber structure.
