摘要
球磨机是粉碎各种矿石和物料的关键设备。物料通过进料管进入转动部,完成研磨作业。分析球磨机进料管传统结构存在的问题,通过优化进料管结构增强其耐磨性,降低生产制造成本。经优化升级改进,使用设备时避免了漏浆、漏料问题,既延长了进料管的使用寿命,又提高了球磨机的研磨效率。
The ball mill is the key equipment for crushing all kinds of ores and materials. Materials enter the rotation part through the feeding pipe to complete the grinding operation. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional structure of the feeding pipe on the ball mill. By optimizing the structure of the feeding pipe, its wear resistance can be increased and the production and manufacturing cost can be reduced. After optimization, upgrading and improvement, the problem of slurry leakage and material leakage in use of the equipment is avoided, which not only prolongs the service life of the feed pipe, but also improves the grinding efficiency.
