摘要
在铝合金轮毂制造中,低压铸造是一种比较常见的技术。为确保轮毂制造向智能化方向发展,可采用可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)技术对其进行有效控制。首先分析低压铸造工艺原理,其次提出低压铸造的应用要点,分析现阶段铝合金轮毂低压铸造中存在的问题,最后将PLC技术与低压铸造相结合,探讨实现智能化控制系统的具体措施。
In the manufacturing of aluminum alloy wheel hub, low pressure casting is a common technology. In order to ensure that the hub manufacturing moves towards the intelligent direction, PLC technology can be used to effectively control it. This paper first analyzes the principle of low-pressure casting process, then puts forward the application points of low-pressure casting,analyzes the problems existing in the low-pressure casting of aluminum alloy wheel hub at the present stage, and then combining PLC technology with low-pressure casting, this paper discusses how to realize the specific measures of intelligent control system.
